Calm Amidst Chaos

Calmness exists even when surrounded by waves and wind.

Walking on Waimanalo Beach, I encountered a surprising sight of calmness within the waves crashing into the rocks on the shoreline.  I felt the wind blowing the sprays of ocean water on my face, but I noticed the rocky shoreline absorbed the waves constantly blown against it.   The calm waters in the bay reflected the moving ebbs and flows of the ocean.  As I took this photo, I reflected on the times I have faced waves of frustration and anger in my life.
